Our Referral Policy

A referral from an existing client is the preferred way for a new client to find us, and the best compliment you can give your adviser. With so little independent information available, a referral from a friend or colleague makes the process of finding an adviser so much easier. As a result, we receive many referrals from our clients and treat each referral very seriously.

If there is someone you know who requires our assistance in the future, you should be aware of our Referral Policy:

All referrals from clients are treated on a no-obligation basis. We welcome the opportunity to meet with any referral, but there is no pressure placed on them to proceed any further than an initial meeting.
We maintain strict confidentiality and Privacy Policy procedures between clients and any of their referrals. We cannot discuss either parties situation or disclose their decision or objectives.
We ask for a brief introduction to any client referral, to avoid any surprises or the feeling of a being cornered. We are often introduced to referrals via an email or by phone call.

We want to ensure that your friends, family and colleagues take advantage of the services that we have provided to you. Our business is built on referrals and the task of finding an adviser is effortless when a friend or colleague is able to put you in contact with a suitable financial adviser.
